How to record the screen of your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
To start a recording, a few preparations must be made. The basic requirement for this function on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is iOS 11 or later. First, the user must go to the settings of the respective device. Now select the Control Center section and then tap Choose Controls. Among the available controls, you will find Screen Recording. This is added by tapping the "+" symbol. To start recording the screen, the user must open the Control Center - this can be done from the home screen or another app. Now the command Screen Record must be clicked. There will then be a three-second countdown and then the recording will begin - this can be indicated by the red status bar. The microphone can be switched on or off during recording. The frame rate cannot be set. To stop the recording, simply click on the red status bar. The message Stop Screen Recording will appear here - if the command is executed, iOS will end the recording and then save the video to Photos.
