New features in iOS 14, watchOS 7 and Co. have already been revealed enough. Now the latest discovery reveals an update to the activity rings on the Apple Watch.

A few weeks ago, the US blog 9to5mac discovered in an early iOS 14 version a new children's mode called "Parental Control". This special control mode allows parents to manage their child's Apple Watch independently of the Apple ID via their own iPhone. There are also functions in the area of communication limits. But now another function has been revealed that only comes into play when the Apple Watch has been configured in children's mode. According to this, the activity rings are specially adapted for children. This means that when the Apple Watch is activated in children's mode, the recording the activity.

The green and blue rings, however, will remain the same. It is assumed that the new function will be introduced as part of the digital WWDC 2020 and will be introduced in the fall under iOS 14 and watchOS 7. However, since this is an internal iOS 14 version, the whole thing could of course also be presented and rolled out much later. (Photo by Denys Prykhodov / Bigstockphoto)
