New technologies used in the “iPhone 13” series could result in a slightly thicker body, along with a redesigned and noticeably larger camera bump.
The iPhone 13 lineup is expected to launch in late 2021 with some minor changes to the overall design. The iPhone 12 had significant design overhauls, so Apple will likely change very little to the exterior of the next iPhone. The reported dimensions for the "iPhone 13 Pro" will be approximately 36 mm by 37 mm, similar to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. This means that the next-generation Pro iPhone models could have similar camera capabilities. Leaks of this type usually come from accessory manufacturers who receive Apple's iPhone dimensions early on to design cases. Since the source of the schematics and dummy model is unknown, it's difficult to determine the accuracy of the leaks.
