Like its latest iPhone processor chips, Apple's latest CPUs for MacBooks are designed by the U.S. company but produced by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., the world's largest contract chipmaker, and are made by TSMC's most advanced 5-nanometer chip manufacturing technology, sources said.
The focus of the "One more thing" event will clearly be on Apple Silicon Macs. In addition to rumors and leaks, Apple itself announced at WWDC 2020 that the first devices would be introduced by the end of 2020. The only question that remains is which devices will be introduced first. Anonymous leaker @L0vetodream has already published a post on Twitter about this.
