In an interview with Bloomberg Apple boss Tim Cook has announced that Cupertino is planning to reopen retail stores in Australia and Austria. This should happen in one to two weeks. This involves around 21 Apple stores, 20 of which are in Australia and one in Austria. Cook explained that "only a few" stores in the United States could follow sometime in May. The company wants to review all the data and make appropriate decisions based on location. A reopening cannot simply happen like that.
Company premises will remain closed until early June
