iOS 14 reveals new Apple Pencil features

In addition to the iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, iOS 14 also includes new features for the Apple Pencil. To be precise, this is the PencilKit.

The so-called PencilKit function allows MacRumors According to iOS 14, the PencilKit should work automatically in every input field. The feature would work system-wide without requiring any special settings. Apple does not currently offer such a function that would automatically convert handwritten texts into typed messages. This should be possible in every text input field. For example, users could use the Apple Pencil to write entire messages in iMessage by hand and have them automatically converted into standard text before sending. According to iOS 14 code, the PencilKit should work automatically in every input field. The feature would therefore work system-wide without requiring any special settings. Apple does not currently offer such a function that automatically converts handwritten texts into typed messages. 

With "Magic Fill" function

The integration of such a feature has been expected for some time. According to this, it could finally be possible in iOS 14 or iPadOS 14. According to the code, third-party applications should also be able to access PencilKit. It is now suspected that support for Apple's new handwriting functionality will have to be adopted in the same way as Dark Mode. However, it could not be confirmed with certainty whether the feature is already ready. In addition to the handwriting-to-text function, another feature called "Magic Fill" was discovered.
