Apple today released the third beta of iOS 13.6, iPadOS 13.6, tvOS 13.4.8, macOS Catalina 10.15.6, and watchOS 6.2.8 to registered developers.

Apple today announced current betas for developer updated. The updates are available for download over the air. iOS 13.6 includes minor changes and improvements. For example, users get more control over iOS updates by being able to control automatic downloading and installation – more about it hereIn addition, the Health app will have a new section that records symptoms – more about it here. iOS 13.6 also introduces the CarKey function, which turns the iPhone and Apple Watch into a digital car key – more about it hereIn addition to the current generation of operating systems, iOS 14, iPadOS 14, tvOS 14, watchOS 7 and macOS 11 Big Sur are also available as the first beta for developers. The public beta version is due to follow in July. If today's builds contain any notable innovations or even leaks, we will report on them as usual.

Notice – As usual, a preview should not be installed on an actively used iPhone or iPad, as these are usually quite unstable and buggy – we recommend using a second device for this. (Photo by Sikov / Bigstockphoto)

Apple devices here are not test units on loan for two weeks but everyday tools: from the iPhone through MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and iMac to the Apple Vision Pro, at least one device from nearly every product category is in daily use, many of them replaced annually. Every menu path in a guide is verified on the device before it is published.
