Apple is testing controversial memory from China
According to reports, Apple is testing DRAM memory from the Chinese manufacturer CXMT – a politically sensitive way out of the memory crisis.
The iPhone is Apple's smartphone and has been the defining product of the company ever since its unveiling on January 9, 2007. What began as an uncompromising revolution with a multi-touch display and no physical keyboard is today a broad model family: from the standard iPhone to the slim iPhone Air and the Pro lineup with triple camera and ProMotion display, an entry-level e model and additional form factors in Apple's pipeline. The lineup is powered by Apple's own A chips, the iOS operating system, a tightly integrated ecosystem with AirPods, Apple Watch, Mac, iPad and Vision Pro – plus a dense network of iCloud, Apple Account, Apple Pay, Find My and Apple Intelligence.
