According to reports from Jeff Pu and information obtained by MacRumors leaked Apple has already started producing AI servers that use the M2 Ultra chip. These servers are assembled by Foxconn, a long-time Apple manufacturing partner. By the end of 2025, Apple plans to introduce servers based on the M4 chip, which is manufactured using TSMC's 3nm process.
