The Indian tech blog MySmartPrice has published 3D renderings of the possible standard model of the iPhone 2021 series. In addition to the familiar design, a smaller notch can be seen. Surprisingly, there is also said to be a change to the camera on the back.
It seems a little strange but renderings based on circuit diagrams provided to MySmartPrice placed hint at some external design changes for the next iPhone. These tweaks don't really tell us much about any new features. But they are interesting in that they are accurate. In addition to the new, narrower notch that we've already covered in other reports, the MySmartPrice renders show a diagonal arrangement of the dual camera system.
Instead of being stacked vertically like the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12, the render shown places the lenses diagonally in the top left and bottom right corners of the square camera module. MySmartPrice has presented accurate renders of Apple products before, but always in collaboration with the reputable source OnLeaks. It remains unclear where these latest iPhone 2021 renders come from, as they are not attributed to OnLeaks.

Overall, mainly technical upgrades are expected this year. Therefore, it remains unclear why Apple would change the dual camera arrangement. On the front of the device, the slimmer notch matches previous leaks in which the earpiece was moved up into the upper frame. This shrinks the width of the notch slightly - by about 10 percent on both sides.
Otherwise, the overall dimensions of the phone remain unchanged, according to MySmartPrice. Overall, Apple is expected to include a ProMotion 120Hz and an always-on display on at least some iPhone 2021 models. Other features reportedly include a new matte black option, improved fingerprint resistance for the stainless steel edges, and possibly an in-screen fingerprint sensor.
