The official unveiling of the Apple Watch Series 7 will take place on Tuesday evening by Apple. This is now considered certain. Previously, we had reports of manufacturing problems and a delay in mass production. Now Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has commented on this again.
As already mentioned in a previous article reported, the delay in the Apple Watch Series 7 was caused by complications with new designs and technologies, particularly related to the device's OLED panel. However, Apple is now said to have got these under control. Nevertheless, the whole thing resulted in delays in mass production. For this reason, many observers now assume that the new generation of smartwatches will initially be available in very small quantities. Now, however, Kuo seems to have new information.
Apple Watch Series 7: No new health features expected
The analyst reports that the "impact on the release and mass shipping schedule is not significant." Although it may be difficult to get a new Apple Watch in September, Kuo believes that supply of the Series 7 "will improve significantly starting in mid- to late October." The Apple Watch Series 7 is expected to have a new design with flat edges and will be available in 41mm and 45mm sizes. Bloomberg has already reported that the larger display will result in new exclusive watch faces. However, no new health features are expected among the innovations.
