So far, Apple has not announced any details about the battery capacity of the iPhone 11 series - but now that is no longer necessary. A new document from the Chinese regulatory authority TENAA reveals all the specifications of the new iPhone batteries. According to it, the iPhone 11 has a 3,110 mAh battery - (predecessor: iPhone XR - 2,942 mAh), the iPhone 11 Pro has a 3,046 mAh battery (predecessor: iPhone XS - 2,658 mAh) and the iPhone 11 Pro Max has a battery with a whopping 3,969 mAh battery capacity (predecessor: iPhone XS Max - 3,174 mAh). Apple is advertising the new iPhone 11 with 17 hours of video playback and 65 hours of audio playback. The iPhone 11 Pro is advertised with up to 18 hours of video playback and 65 hours of audio playback. The iPhone 11 Pro Max is said to offer 20 hours of video playback and a whopping 80 hours of audio playback under the same conditions. For comparison, the iPhone XR outperformed the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max at the time. Since Apple has really developed the iPhone 11 Pro series for professional users, it makes sense for them to also have more battery capacity.
