The jailbreak tool “unc0ver” has now received version 6.0.0, which is compatible with iOS 14.3. Specifically, any device that runs an iOS version between iOS 11 and iOS 14.3 can currently be cracked.
The unc0ver website describeshow the tool has been extensively tested with a range of iOS devices running different software versions, including an iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 14.3. According to the unc0ver website, the tool uses "native sandbox exceptions" to ensure security when accessing jailbreak files. Devices still running iOS 14.3 can also be cracked using the latest "unc0ver" update. iPhones running iOS 14.4 are not compatible. Since Apple has stopped signing iOS 14.3, there is no way to downgrade.
iOS 14.3: “unc0ver” uses patched kernel vulnerability
Apple released iOS 14.4 & iPadOS 14.4 in January. Both updates fix security vulnerabilities in the kernel and WebKit that affect all iPhones and iPads with earlier iOS 14 versions. The update is therefore highly recommended! According to a recent tweet by Pwn20wnd, an iOS hacker and unc0ver developer, the jailbreaking tool uses an exploit based on the kernel vulnerability patched in iOS 14.4 and offers "optimal exploit speed and stability."

If you are not familiar with jailbreaking, you should not under any circumstances attempt to blindly crack your iPhone or iPad. This process completely removes all software-based restrictions. For example, users can install applications outside of the App Store on the device.
