Apple is opening its first store in Pune and its fourth in India. Apple Koregaon Park opens its doors on Thursday, September 4, bringing a comprehensive shopping experience, personalized support, and creative offerings to a city known as a cultural and educational hub.

Apple is continuously expanding its presence in India. Following new locations in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, Pune is now following suit. The new store in the Koregaon Park district is not only a retail space but also a hub for advice, technical support, and creative workshops. This makes Pune part of a growing Apple community in the country.

A store in the center of Pune

Apple Koregaon Park is more than just a store. 68 team members from 11 Indian states staff the store. Their job is to assist with new product purchases, set up devices, and answer questions. The entire Apple product range is available on-site, complemented by services and programs that make switching or upgrading easier.

Products and services at a glance

In the store, you can try out and purchase the latest devices, such as the iPhone 16 series, the iPad Air with Apple Pencil Pro, and the MacBook Air with the M4 chip. Accessories and other hardware are also available. The team can help with personal setup, switching to iOS, or participating in the Apple Trade-In program, which allows customers to trade in old devices. Financing options are also available. A dedicated Apple Pickup area ensures that online orders can be picked up easily in the store. Business teams are also available to address the needs of small and large businesses. Consulting, device support, and digital tools are designed to help promote growth.

Sustainability in focus

Like all Apple Stores worldwide, Apple Koregaon Park is powered exclusively by renewable energy and is carbon neutral. This fits in with Apple's sustainability strategy, which focuses on long-term responsibility.

Learning with “Today at Apple”

An integral part of the store experience are the "Today at Apple" sessions. These free workshops offer the opportunity to hone skills and use devices more creatively. Starting on opening day, a variety of events will be available, including:

  • Workshop: Taking better photos with your iPhone
  • Tips: Capture ideas on the iPad
  • Spotlight: Apple Intelligence
  • Getting Started: Mac

Additionally, custom wallpapers can be downloaded, and a curated playlist of music from local artists is also available.

Apple in India

Apple Koregaon Park joins the existing locations in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. The most recent addition is Apple Hebbal in Bengaluru, which opened just days before Pune. This marks the continued expansion of Apple Retail's network in India and ties in with its strategy of offering customers a more direct, in-store experience with the brand.

Apple Koregaon Park becomes part of the retail landscape in India

Apple Koregaon Park opens on September 4 at 1 p.m. IST. The Pune store combines the latest products, personalized advice, business services, and creative workshops under one roof. With this location, the city becomes part of Apple's retail landscape in India, providing a place where technology, learning, and creativity converge. (Image: Apple)

Apple devices here are not test units on loan for two weeks but everyday tools: from the iPhone through MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and iMac to the Apple Vision Pro, at least one device from nearly every product category is in daily use, many of them replaced annually. Every menu path in a guide is verified on the device before it is published.
