According to a new report, the next version of watchOS, likely watchOS 10, will include significant changes to the Apple Watch user interface.

The Apple Watch has become an important part of the Apple ecosystem since its launch in 2015. Although there have been a few hardware updates in recent years, the design of the operating system has remained largely unchanged. However, with the upcoming release of watchOS 10, this is set to change. Now reported Mark Gurman in the latest edition of his "Power On" newsletter that the watchOS 10 user interface will undergo notable changes. Although the details are not yet known, it is likely that the design of the watch faces and apps will be updated to make the operating system more modern and user-friendly. watchOS 10 is expected to be officially unveiled at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in June. Apple's first mixed reality headset could be part of the package.

watchOS 10: Apple Watch users can look forward to a new user interface

It is important to note that the changes to the user interface of watchOS 10 will be significantly larger than the next hardware update, i.e. the Apple Watch Series 9. The next major update to the Apple Watch is therefore not expected until next year. The future version of the Apple Watch is expected to include a micro-LED display that offers higher brightness and longer battery life. Overall, everything indicates that watchOS 10 will be a significant update for the Apple Watch. With new features and an updated user interface, the Apple Watch will be even more user-friendly and intuitive. So if the rumors are true, watchOS 10 will undoubtedly help Apple Watch users enjoy their smartwatch even more. The annual WWDC keynote will take place on Monday, June 5th.
