Hardly anyone will buy the new square iPhone - it's "ugly" and just a "reheated iPhone XS". These and other sayings could be read online all year long - and now Apple can't keep up with the orders.

According to a new report from the Nikkei Asian Review, Apple is said to have increased production of the new iPhone generation by around 10 percent. Both the iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Pro are more popular than most people thought. Even Apple did not expect such high demand. The business magazine quoted an insider as saying:

"This fall is so much more vibrant than we expected - in the past, Apple was quite conservative in its contracting."

First demonize, then love

According to the source, Apple is said to have increased production by around 8 million units. According to the report, production would be limited to the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro - demand is significantly higher here than for the iPhone 11 Pro Max. For this reason, the production volume of the 6.5-inch device was revised downwards. Reports usually appear every year that Apple is reducing production volume after the market launch - in this case, things seem to be going better for Cupertino.

The two biggest innovations in the 2019 iPhone generation are the improved camera and the longer battery life - obviously these two features are enough for many fans to upgrade - we don't want to be without them either. The iPhone 11 can be purchased from just 799 euros, while the iPhone 11 Pro is available from 1,149 euros. The starting price for the iPhone 11 Pro Max is around 1,249 euros. Apple devices here are not test units on loan for two weeks but everyday tools: from the iPhone through MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and iMac to the Apple Vision Pro, at least one device from nearly every product category is in daily use, many of them replaced annually. Every menu path in a guide is verified on the device before it is published.
