The Apple Watch Series 10 is just around the corner and the anticipation is high. Alleged schematics and early reports promise exciting innovations that should delight both tech-savvy users and long-time Apple fans. Below we take a detailed look at the expected specifications, design and new features of the upcoming Apple Watch Series 10.

With the Apple Watch Series 10, Apple is once again breaking new ground and is relying on proven but also innovative technologies. The 91mobiles published Circuit diagrams offer a first taste of what to expect. Although it is not the radical "Apple Watch X" redesign, the changes compared to the Series 9 are notable. The larger 2-inch display and the new case dimensions are particularly striking. Let's dive into the details together and find out what the new Apple Watch Series 10 has to offer.

Larger display for better overview

One of the biggest innovations in the Apple Watch Series 10 is the impressive 2-inch display. This even surpasses the 1.93-inch display of the Ultra. The larger display not only offers more space for notifications and apps but also better readability and usability. With a case size of approximately 46 mm x 39.7 mm x 11.6 mm, the Series 10 is larger than the largest Series 9, but slightly smaller than the Ultra.

Unchanged bracelet fastening system

Despite the design changes, the strap attachment system remains the same, meaning you can continue to use your current straps. This is great news for anyone who has already invested in a collection of straps and wants to use them with the new watch.

Proven design with subtle improvements

The general design of the Apple Watch remains familiar: the offset Digital Crown, side buttons, and rounded case. These design elements are tried and tested and provide a comfortable and intuitive user experience. The exact thickness of the bezels around the Series 10 display is still unclear, but they are expected to be thinner and more elegant.

New sizes and health sensors

According to reports from Ming-Chi Kuo, the Apple Watch Series 10 will be available in two sizes: 45 mm and 49 mm. This size orientation follows the dimensions of the Ultra, thus offering even more options for different wrist sizes. Another highlight is the new health sensors. The Series 10 is expected to integrate advanced sensors to measure high blood pressure and sleep apnea. These features could have a major impact on health monitoring and well-being of users.

presentation in autumn

The official launch of the Apple Watch Series 10 is expected in the fall, likely at a major media event in September alongside the iPhone 16. Anticipation is high, and it will be exciting to see how Apple will present the new features and design to the public.

The next generation: What makes the Apple Watch Series 10 special

The Apple Watch Series 10 promises to be an impressive upgrade. With a larger display, new health sensors and the tried and tested strap attachment system, it brings both evolution and innovation to the Apple Watch family. Stay tuned for the official announcement in the fall and look forward to a watch that may exceed your expectations. (Photo by oasisamuel / Bigstockphoto)
