The latest free-to-play creation from DeNA is now available – Pokémon Masters can now be downloaded for free from the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

There's a new game for iPhone, iPad, and the like available for Pokémon fans - Pokémon Masters. The new pocket monster app was actually only supposed to be released tomorrow, but it's now available a day earlier. The game was introduced in June this year by the Pokémon Company and developed in collaboration with DeNA. Pokémon Masters takes place on the island of Passio and enables battle tournaments. These include 3-on-3 battles in real time with trainers from past Pokémon generations. Of course, players can also put together their teams from real friends - the integrated multiplayer mode makes this possible. Of course, as with every free-to-play game, Pokémon Masters also has in-app purchases - but these are optional.

One of the most important franchises for Nintendo

The game is available for iPhone and iPad in App Store available for download. iOS 11 or later is required – of course Android users can also enjoy Pokémon – the device requirements can be found in the Google Play Store Pokémon was developed and introduced in 1996 by the Japanese software company Game Freak Inc. It is still very popular today and is one of the most important franchises for publisher Nintendo. The pocket monster series has sold over 200 million copies worldwide. In this respect, Pokémon can be considered one of the most successful products in the modern gaming industry. (Image: Pokémon Company)

Apple devices here are not test units on loan for two weeks but everyday tools: from the iPhone through MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and iMac to the Apple Vision Pro, at least one device from nearly every product category is in daily use, many of them replaced annually. Every menu path in a guide is verified on the device before it is published.
