According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple still plans to unveil its mixed reality headset at WWDC 2023 on June 5. In his newsletter on Sunday, Gurman said Apple will also unveil the xrOS operating system for the headset.
The presentation at WWDC, the Worldwide Developers Conference, will likely include the headset itself but also the integrated xrOS operating system, accompanying services and – perhaps most importantly – a software development kit and platform that allows developers to write new kinds of apps.
